We are approving the lot split for the express purpose of combininq
proposed Parcel One consisting of .233 acres with a parcel adjacen~
to the south described by property
tax ID #3210-112-0001-000/5,
provide additional road frontage. By approval of this division the to
remaining 1.057 acres would not meet the AG-5 zoning requirements
or qualify as a nonconforming lot of record in order to obtain
building permits as required.

response to our ongoing correspondence re~rding the referenced property.
receiving your most recent letter and DOT map enclosures I worked with
people within the county, requested formal maps from DOT in Ft. Lauderdale
finally corresponded with DOT representative Horst J. Korn, PLS, District
of Surveying and Mapping, Ft. Lauderdale.
has been determined that the westerly 20 feet+- of the referenced property
frontage on Okeechobee Road. This is in keeping with department policy
if the only separation of a parcel of land from a public' road right-of-way
a canal., the parcel is considered to have road frontage. The ability to access
property across a canal, -if necessary, is the responsibility of the property
and approval of building permits does not infer responsibility by St Lucie
to provide access.
