will find'a copy of Warranty Deed dated September 16, 2002, which has been recorded at O.R.
Book 1582, Page 1853, public records of St.. Lucie County, Florida.
We would appreciate .your confirmation that the lot split/boundary adjustment has been
finalized and that the newly created lot constitutes a lot of record eligible for submission of a
building permit.
Also, once a parcel identification number has been assigned, we would appreciate being
advised of that information.
