Dear Mr. Horton:
Your application to split the property described by the referenced
ID number into two parcels has been approved as submitted.
There is an accessory structure on the proposed Parcel I that has
a nonconforming side yard setback. Should the structure be
destroyed by 50% or more of the assessed value it shall not be
restored unless that part conforms to the provisions of the Code.
Please be aware that Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code provides that no further division of an approved
lot split is Permitted unless a final record plat is prepared and
approved in accordance with the Code.
