As a result.of the Board of Adjustment approving a variance from the 30 foot road frontage
requirements of AR-1 zoning for the referenced property, your application to divide this
property into two parcels has been approved as submitted on survey g99-5248.
Please be aware that Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code
provides that no further adjustment of the referenced property is permitted unless a final
record plat is prepared and approved in accordance with the code.
