Dear Ms. Odom:
In early May we received an application from you seek/ng approval to divide the referenced
property into two parcels of land.
On May 16, 2000 1 called Ms. Taravella and requested a sealed survey of the primary parcel
of land with the legal description and, the proposed division line with the legal description of
each parcel after the division, also on the survey.
To date we have not received the requested document and are returning the submitted
paperwork as incomplete.
