Dear Mr. Murphy:
I am in receipt of.your letter of June 18, 1999, regarding the possible division of the remaining McCarthy
property north of the Treasure Coast Airpark. Section 11.03.00 of the t2nd Development Code addresses
the division of property into 20 acre .or greater bloc-ks. Under the provisions of this section, if you want to
split off a 22 acre tract from the McCarthy parcel and apply it to Lot 98 at the Airpark, you may do so
through the lot split process. Ifyou want to split off smaller tracts, you may only do it through the platting
process.
Please-note, that if you intend to plat these remaining areas, they will have to meet all of the minimu
and road frontage requirements of the AG_5 zonin~ district, or ~ev will haw ,^ ~._ ~. ........ t.m y .ard

adjacent lots in the Airpark. These additional lots cannot simply be platted out as parcels, less than 20 acres,
