in response to your letter regardinq the referenced lot, we have
researched the property and determined it is a nonconforming lot of
record. The nonconformity is tot area in that it does not contain
10·000 square feet as required however this .requirement is
waived. ' '
Enclosed J_s a chart highlighting all requirements for RS-4 zoned
property. In addition, a. ll construct ion must meet Standard
Building Code requirements. A septic tank permit from the~Health
Department is required when applying for a building permit.
