In response to your letter inquiring wether the referenced
property is buildable, the following is applicable. The lot has
been determined a ~nonconforming lot of record. It is
nonconforming because it ~does not meet the 10.,000 square feet of
tot area required in RS-4 zoning. However, as a nonconforming lot
of record the lOt area requirement is waived and a single family
residence may be constructed on the property subject to meeting
all other building '.and zoning code requirements.
