We completed the research requested for the referenced property and have determined that
Lot 24, Block 9.0, Lakewood Park Unit #8 is a Nonconforming Lot of Record. It is
nonconforming because it doe~ not meet the 10,000 ~quare feet minimum lot ~ize requirement
in RS-4 zoning.
However, as a Nonconforming Lot of Record this requirement is waived and you may
construct a single family residence and customary accessory structures on the referenced
property. All other Zoning, Building and ltealth Department Code reqnirement~ mn~t be
complied with.
