The Community Development Director shall transmit a.copy of
the proposed Minor Replat or Lot Split to the appropriate
departments of the COunty for review and comments.
T~he reviewn{of all Minor Replats and Lot Splits shall be. in

If the proposed Minor Replat or Lot Split meets the conditions
