Thank you for taking the time to meet with me on July 23, 2001 in .regard to Fort Pierce Sand &
Materials, Inc. I enclose for your review photocopies of the surveys which have been prepared by
Mr. Weatherington. As we discussed, it is my desire to increase the size of the lots fronting on
Midway Road, to the expense of the property owned by my client. The newly created southerly line
of the lots in question will be approximately 100 feet to the South, or more generally following the
bank of the manmade lake to the SOuth of these lots. It is my hope that this matter can be treated
as a lot line adjustment, and not necessitate any formal, or informal, lot split. After you have had
a chance to review this matter further, I would appreciate any assistance you could give me. It is
my hope to have the property deeded over to the various property owners within 30 days.

Thank you' for taking the time to meet with me on July 23, 2001 in regard to Fort Pierce Sand &
Materials, Inc. I enclose for your review photocopies of the surveys which have been preparod by
Mr. Weatherington. As we discussed, it is my desire to increase the size of the lots fronting on
Midway Road, to the expense of the property owned by my client. The newly created southerly line
of the lots in question will be approximately 100 feet to the South, or more generally following the
bank of the manmade lake to the South of these lots. It is my hope that this matter can be treated
as a lot line adjustment, and not necessitate any formal, or informal, lot split. After you have had
a chance to review this matter further, I would appreciate any assistance you could give me. It is
my hope to have the property deeded over to the various property owners within 30 days,
