Dear Ms. 'Camerucci:
PleasE; allow this letter to. serve as a follow-up to our recent
conversation regarding a proposed lot split for Lots 46 & 47,
Savanna .Club plat No. 3. Provided that the remaining area of lot .46
is capable of meeting the minimum yard 'setback for the Savanna Club
PUD and still permit the installation of a mobile home as described
in he PUD approvals for this. project, the relocation of the common
lot line between Lots 46 and 47 .is permitable. For your use I have
enclosed another copy of the lot split 'application that will need
to be .,completed and returned to this office.
