Your inquiry addressed to David Kelly was forwarded to me for response.
The referenced property is zoned HIRD and to do a one time division (lot split) for
the purpose of constructing a single family dwelling on each parcel, the RS-4 zoning
requirements would apply. A copy of the lot size and dimensional requirements for
RS-4 zoning, as well as a lot split application, is enclosed.
It appears that theSe requirements could be met however, a final determination will
be made after the lot split application review process is complete.
Please feel free to call me if additional assistance is required and please refer the
surveyor for the lot split to me if they have any questions regarding survey
requirements.
