Dear Ms. Leschhorn:
In response to your inquiry on behalf of your client Francisco
Miliani Aranguren, the property as described in your letter of
October 15th is zoned AR-1 (agriculture, residential~,~_ 1 d.u./ac
and the land use classification is RL (residential, ~ density)!
There was a parcel slightly north of this parcel that was recently
rezoned and plan-amended to CG (commercial, general) however, the
zoning of the majority of the property in the general vicinity
is the same as Your clients.

respond to your question as to the zonin~ of the subject parcels.
They are more qualified to answer the question than we are.
The subject Parcels are located in the northern part of St.
Lucie County on the west side of the Turnpike Feeder Road
are about one half mile ~est of U.S.#1. · lhey

they are located.

Dear Mr. Bass:
I am enclosing, copies of proposed Property Taxes on the above
parcels of land further described as per attached, in order
for me to request your assistance in locating these two parcels.
My client, Francisco Miliani Aranguren, the owner of these two
parcels, is out of the country, and has requested the sale of
these properties. Not being a real estate agency in your area
makes it difficult to research files as to the exact location of
the properties and if you could assist me, I could then locate a
real estate agency in the vicinity of the property and also visit
the properties.
I would appreciate if you could tell me the zoning of these properties
as I see on files that zoning variances were petioned to the County
Board of Commissioners to amend the Future Land Use Classification of
the St. Lucie County Growth Management Policy Plan from RL (Low Density
Residential Development) to CG (Commercial, General) on properties in
the surrounding area, and I am not aware of the outcome of these proceedings
