The Association approves of your request to demo the dwelling on Lot 247. Please be advised that the
contractor must take precautions to not damage the manhole located on the property, and following the demo,
the -manhole must be discovered and inspected by the Association prior to any other work.
Once the Association has given you permission to proceed, the lot must be finished with acceptable pavement
for RV parking or new construction of a dwelling. Plans for new construction or pavement must be submitted to
Nettles Island Architectural Committee for review and approval prior to commencement. Upon completion of
the demo your Lot must be clean and free of debris.
Please comply with the Nettles Island Procedure Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island,
' and if required, provide us with a copy of the permit. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals
issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit
supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.

regulations. By approving the plans and specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members
thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility
therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed therefrom, and saidpersons f anther specifically
exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
