Reference: Screen front entry with Siesta screen door
Dear Ms. Stopyra:
We are in receipt of your request for approval to install screening on the front entrance
of your home, as well as the "Siesta" decorative screen door.
The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to inform you that your request has
been approved. Please be sure that the company you have selected is aware that the
frames and door must match the original window frame color (bronze). Also, be advised
that the front screen door must align with your existing front door.
If.,the screens ever become faded, torn or in disrepair and become an eyesore, you
must replace them with new screens. Additionally, you must obtain the necessay
permits from the County, complying to the local codes for the above item.
