NOTICE
(PROPERTY CLEAN-UP ANNUAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION)
“IN ACCORDANCE WITH EMERGENCY ORDER NUMBER 19-001
ISSUED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ON
SEPTEMBER 3, 2019, THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED PROPERTY CLEAN-UP ANNUAL ASSESSMENT
RESOLUTION HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FROM SEPTEMBER 3,
2019, TO SEPTEMBER 17, 2019 DUE TO HURRICANE DORIAN.
PLEASE NOTE THE REVISED PUBLIC HEARING DATE AND TIME
INDICATED BELOW.
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL CONSIDER THE
SOLID WASTE FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION AT A PUBLIC
HEARING HELD ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2019 AT 9:00 .M.,
OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS POSSIBLE, IN THE COUNTY
COMMISSION CHAMBERS, 3RD FLOOR OF THE COUNTY
ADMINISTRATION ANNEX, LOCATED AT 2300 VIRGINIA AVENUE,
FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA.
ALL AFFECTED PROPERTY OWNERS HAVE A RIGHT TO APPEAR
AT THE HEARING AND TO FILE WRITTEN OBJECTIONS WITH THE
BOARD BEFORE OR DURING THE HEARING.
NOTICE: All Proceedings before this Board are electronically recorded. Any person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board at these meetings will
need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Upon the request of any party to
the proceedings, individuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceedings will be granted the opportunity to cross -examine any
individual testifying during a hearing upon request. Anyone with a disability requiring accommodation to attend this meeting should contact the St. Lucie County
