Plans for new construction or pavement must be submitted to Nettles Island for review and approval. Upon completion your property must be clean and free of debris. Please comply with the Nettles Island Procedure Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island, and if required,provide us with a copy of the permit. Also;please be advised that all Architectural approvals-issued by Nettles Island are valid for six(6)months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six(6) months. By approving the plans and specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and said persons further specifically exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose. Nettles Island Security or Condo Staff will enter the contractor into our Community Management System, allowing entry to the contractor for the date range specified. The Community Management System will also note whether or not you approved your contractor to authorize sub-contractors/party/person(s)to your unit.
