A track cover was used on both the interior and exterior panels. A 3.570"x1.560"x0.070" thick 6005-T5 aluminum reinforcement was utilized on the panel top, bottom and jambs. Aluminum corner reinforcement was utilized inside the panel jambs at the interlock stile. Submitted Technical Documentation: 1. NAMI Product Certification N1011590 (96"x 96% Series 9700 SGD) and N1011590.0I (71-1/2" x 79-1/2" — Series 9700 SGD). Certificates expire 05/31/2017. 2. Test Report NCTL-210-3886-1, dated 07/15/13 signed and sealed by Gerard Ferrara, P.E. (FL P.E. 11985) National Certified Testing Laboratories located in Orlando, FL TAS 201-94: Passed Large Missile impact TAS 202-94. Maximum product design pressure of +/- 80 psf for the 71-1/2"x79-1/2" door and +/- 60 psf for the 96"x96" door. 2. Maximum panel size of 37-1/2" wide by 76-1/2" high for the 71-1/2"x79-1/2" door. Maximum panel size of 49-1/2" wide by 93-1/4" high 3. Rated for use in the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ). 4. Product is impact resistant and will not require the use of an impact protection system if installed in the Wind Borne Debris Region, 5. Glazing must comply with ASTM E1300. The tested glazing was an 1" insulated glass consisting of an exterior 3/16" fully tempered glass and an interior 7/16" laminated glass consisting of 3/16" annealed glass - 0.090" Solutia Saflex® PVB interlayer — 3116" annealed glass (Miami -Dade NOA 12-1231.09). 6. Glazing — Outside glazed unit with Dow 995 urethane sealant and used a glazing bead with overall dimensions of/2" wide by 0975" high with a typical thickness of 0.040". A 0.850" overall glazing bite was utilized on all glass. 7. Approved configurations are the OX, XO and XX configurations. 8. The PVC frame extrusions are certified under Miami Dade NOA 12-1126.10 and are supplied by Bavarian Polymers USA, Inc. 9. Alternate substrate installations are included in the sealed installation drawings 100833D. They are as follows: wood blocking (tested condition) on page 3 and 4, concrete/masonry page 3 and 4 and steel structure on page 4. 10. Units must be installed as per the installation documented in drawing 100833D and per the manufacturer's installation instructions. 11. The installation details described herein are generic and may not reflect actual conditions for a specific site. If site conditions cause installation to deviate from the requirements detailed herein, a Iicensed engineer or architect shall prepare site specific documents for use with this document. Compliance: The above listed products have been shown to demonstrate compliance with the Florida Building Code and with the Florida Department of Community Affairs for Statewide Product Approval as per Rule 9N-3.005 rnethod l(a).
