This letter is to advise your office that the entry door and jamb is being replaced
with (2) 3'-0" x 6'-8" x 1 3/4" solid core wood door (40.2 /-53.8 psf.) w/wood
jamb anchored to new 2" x 4" pt. wood buck anchored to conc. block wall w/ 1/4"
x 6" tap con screws at 12" oc. This installation meets the intent of the Florida
Building Code 2017 6 Edition residential code.
