To Whom It May Concern: The Building& Code Regulation Division has reviewed the request for a nonresidential farm exemption for the above referenced property. We accept your claim that the property qualifies as land used for bona fide agricultural purpose. Nonresidential farm buildings located on land used for bona fide agricultural purposes are exempt from the Florida Building Code and do not require a building permit pursuant to Section 604.50, Florida Statutes. Any building claimed to be exempt is not eligible to receive a Certificate of Occupancy as defined in the Florida Building Code.
