NEW HOME, EXTERIOR, RENOVATIONS & REMODELING
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
I. All modification activities outside of your home, RV, pad must have a New Home,
Exterior, Renovations & Remodeling Application approval. This would include but not
limited to:
a. Outside painting .
b. Roof repair
c. Siding repair
d. Modification of windows or doors
e. Addition to structure, i.e, screen room, deck, remodel or outside room etc.
f. Planting or removal of shrubbery, trees, foliage, etc.
g. Addition of a satellite dish-
h. Addition of pavers or solid coverings
2. Submission of this form which would include the following:
a. Detailed description of changes that are proposed to be made
b. A lot survey must be done when lot survey markers are not visible
c. Drawings with detail
d. Name of contractor
e. License of contractor
f. insurance of contractor, liability, workers comp
g. Copy of Permit, if applicable (prior to start of project)
h. Copy of proposal of work to be done
i. Approximate date that work will be started
j. Signature of Shareholder is required—not contractor
3. If the New Home, Exterior, Renovations & Remodeling application is not completed per
these instructions, this form will not be approved and your planned project will not be
allowed to progress.
The above guidelines are provided to protect he Shareholders(s)from work that may be done
incorrectly, as well as changes that may not be in compliance with following the County
Building Code Regulations, as well as the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Ocean Resorts
Co-Op, Inc.
