Any product listed under this certificate may be subject to audits conducted by the Quality Assurance Unit of the Product
Control Section. As part of the audit program, random samples, obtained from a supply house may be sent to a Miami-Dade
County approved laboratory to ensure product conformity. Any complaint submitted to our office and supported by evidence
— will be investigated and-may result in-testing of the product. A listed product will not be tested more than twice for the same
issue within the terms of the certification.
