THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 4 day of December, 2019,by Sean P. Parrott and Jennifer Parrott,
husband and wife, whose post office address is 4000 Seminole Road, Ft Pierce,FL 34951, herein called the
Grantors,to Brett J.Gordon whose post office address is 4000 Seminole Road,Ft.Pierce,FL 34951,hereinafter
called the Grantee:

representatives and assigns of individuals,and the successors and assigns of corporations)
W l T N E S S E T H: That the Grantors,for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100($10.00)and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in INDIAN RIVER County, State of
Florida,viz.:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23,Township 34
South,Range 39 East,St.Lucie County,Florida,as described in Official Records Book 1378,Page 2150;
thence West along the South line of the Northeast.1/4,a distance of 710.46 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence West 590.23 feet to a point on the.Easterly tight-of-way of Seminole Road; thence North 00
degrees,00 minutes,37 seconds West along said right-of-way,a distance of 25 feet to a point;thence East
355.09 feet to a point;thence North,a distance of 180.40 feet to a point;thence East,a distance of 235.14
feet to a point;thence South,a distance of 205.40 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to easements,restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2020 and thereafter.
TOGETHER,with all the tenements,hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD,the same in fee simple forever.
AND,the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land,and hereby warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever;and that said land is free of all
encumbrances,except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,2019.
