THE EXISTING PANEL IS A CHALLANGER 150 AMP MAIN BREAKER UNIT FED FROM A FPL UTILITY METER ON THE
OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE WALL.
QUOTING TO REPLACE THE PANEL INTERIOR BUSS, BREAKERS, BAKERLUE STAND OFF, AND PANEL COVER WITH NEW
CUTTLER HAMMER "BR". STYLE BREAKERS
THIS WILL ALLOW FOR THE ORIGINAL BACK BOX WITH THE WIRES PASSING THRU THE KNOCKOUTS TO REMAIN.
NEW 1/0 COPPER FROM THE EXTERIOR METER CAN TO THE MAIN IS INCLUDED.
THE ORIGINAL WIRE MAY NOT REACH THE NEW LOCATION OF THE MAIN BREAKER OR MAY BE ALUMINUM, WHICH 15
AN ISSUE FOR SOME INSURANCE COMPANIES ALSO.
THE FOLLOWING CUTTLER HAMMER BREAKERS WILL BE USED.

THE EXISTING GROUNDING WILL BE IMPROVED TO MEET CURRENT CODE TO PASS INSPECTION BY THE BUILDING
OFFICIAL OF ST LUTE COUNTY.
A SECOND GROUND ROD WILL BE INSTALLED 6' FROM THE EXISTING GROUND ROD.
ONE LOW VOLTAGE GROUND BAR WILL BE INSTALLED BELOW THE METER.
ONE Sr LUCIE COUNTY PERMIT WILL BE PULLED BY RICHMOND ELECTRIC.
ONCE RICHMOND ELECTRIC HAS BEEN ISSUED A PERMIT NUMBER WE CAN SCHEDULE FPL FOR A DISCONNECT OF THE
METER. UPON THE SAME DAY INSPECTION, THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT INFORMS FPL TO RECONNECT THE POWER
UPON HAVING PASSED INSPECTION.
THE INSPECTION TIME AND THE FPL REHOOK TIME WILL BE THE SAME DAY, BUT TIME IS UNKNOWN AS THE BUILDING
INSPECTORS SCHEDULE IS MADE BY THE COUNTY.
FPL IS CURRENTLY SCHEDULING RESIDENTIAL DISCONNECTS FOUR TO FIVE WEEKS OUT.
UPON SIGNING THE PROPOSAL RICHMOND ELECTRIC WILL PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION REQUIRED BY YOUR
INSURANCE AGENCY THAT THE PANEL IS SCHEDULED, BUT UTILITIES MAY BE THE DELAY IN YOUR 30 DAY WINDOW.
