perforated organic felt that is saturated with asphalt.
APPLIcATioN METHOD
lnstallatl'on shall be in accordance MM the published manufact(trer's instaltation. Instructions, the FBC, and the
requirements below.
Deck substrates shall be clean, dry, and free from any irregularities and debris. Ali fasteners in the deck shah be
checked for protrusion and corrected prior to underlayment applica#ion.
The roof deck shall be constructed of closely fitted plywood sheathing for new or existing construction. Plywood deck
shall be installed in accordance with FBC requirements. Roof decks shall have no more than 118"gap at abutting
joints.
The minimum application temperature shall be 50T except as follows:
a) The minimum application temperature of TAMKO®TW Metal and Tile Underlayment and TAMKOSTW
Underlayment shall be 40°F.
b) The minimum application temperature of TAMKOO Moisture Guard(D shall be 35°F.
The minimum roof slope shall be in accordance with FBC requirements except as follows:
a) The minimum slope of TAMKOO ASTM State Surfaced Roil Roofing shall be 2:12.
Underlayments shall be exposed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, but in no case shall
exposure exceed 30 days_
Exception; TAMKOO TW Metal and Tile Underlayment may be exposed for a maximum 90 days.
Self-adhering underiayments may be adhered to primed or unprimed plywood substrates in the non-tiVtiz.
Al!roof coverings shall.be mechanically fastened through the underlayment to the roof deck.

2) Wind uplift resistance in not within scope of this evaluation.
3) Installation of the evaluated product shall comply with this report,the FBC,and the manufacturer's published
application instructions. Where discrepancies exist between these sources, the more restrictive and FBC i
compliant Installation detail shall prevail.
4) Contact the manufacturer when installing at temperatures below the minimum application temperature.
5) Unless otherwise stated,the minimum roof slope shall be in accordance with FBC requirements.
0) All underlayments shall be installed with the roil length parallel to the eave,starting at the eave,and lapped
in successive courses installed up the deck in a manner that effectively sheds water from the deck. End
laps shall be staggered between courses in accordance with the manufacturer's application instructions.
7) The underlayment may be used as described in other current FBC product approval documents.
8) The underlayment shall not be installed over existing roof coverings.
9) Contact the manufacturer regarding specific exposure limits for each underlayment.
10) All products listed in this report shall be manufactured under a quality assurance program in compliance with
Rule 51G20-3.

2) Installation of the evaluated products shall comply with FBC Section 1507.3, FRSAITRI Florida High Wind
Concrete and Clay Roof Tile Installation Manual, Fifth Edition Revised and the manufacturer's published
application instructions. Installations in the HVHZ shall comply with RAS 118, RAS119 and RAS 120.
3) All products listed in this report shall be manufactured under a quality assurance program in compliance with!
Rule 61 G20-3.
4) All product listed in this shall tested quarterly in accordance with TAS 112 Appendix A.
5) Installation of the evaluated products shall be limited to projects in areas subjected to weathering indices ofd

This NOA is being issued under the applicable rules and regulations govep se of construction materials. The
documentation submitted has been reviewed and accepted by Miami-Dade R-Product Control Section to be
used in Miami Dade County and other areas where allowed by the Authority Having Jurisdictio�n��(AHJ).
This NOA shall not be valid after the expiration date stated below. The Miami-Dade Coroduct Control Section
(In Miami Dade County)and/or the AHJ(in areas other than Miami Dade County)reserve the right to have this product
or material tested for quality assurance purposes. If this product or material fails to perform in the accepted manner,the
manufacturer will incur the expense of such testing and the AHJ may immediately revoke, modify, or suspend the use
of such product or material within their jurisdiction. RER reserves the right to revoke this acceptance, if it is
determined by Miami-Dade County Product Control Section that this product or material fails to meet the requirements
of the applicable building code.
This product is approved as described herein, and has been designed to comply with the Florida Building Code
including the High Velocity Hurricane Zone of the Florida Building Code.
DESCRIPTION: ICP Adhesives Polyset®AH-160
LABELING: Each unit shall bear a permanent label with the manufacturer's name or logo, city, state and following
statement: "Miami-Dade County Product Control Approved",unless otherwise noted herein.
RENEWAL of this NOA shall be considered after a renewal application has been filed and there has been no'change
in the applicable building code negatively affecting the performance of this product.
TERMINATION of this NOA will occur after the expiration date or if there has been a revision or change in the
materials,use,and/or manufacture of the product or process. Misuse of this NOA as an endorsement of any product,for
sales, advertising or any other purposes shall automatically terminate this NOA. Failure to comply with any section of
this NOA shall be cause for termination and removal of NOA.
ADVERTISEMENT: The NOA number preceded by the words Miami-Dade County, Florida, and followed by the
expiration date may be displayed in advertising literature. If any portion of the NOA is displayed,then it shall be done
in its entirety.
INSPECTION: A copy of this entire NOA shall be provided to the user by the manufacturer or its distributors and
shall be available for inspection at the job site at the request of the Building Official.
This NOA renews NOA 16-0315.01 and consists of pages 1 through 11.

INSTALLATION:
1. ICP Adhesives Polyset'AH-160 maybe used with any roof file assembly having a current NOA that lists
attachment resistance values with the use of ICP Adhesives Polyset®AH-160.

2. ICP Adhesives Polyset AH 160 shall be applied m compliance with the Component Application sectio
corresponding Placement Details noted herein. The roof tile assembly's adhesive attachment with the use of ICP
Adhesives Polyset®AH-160 shall provide sufficient attachment resistance to meet or exceed the resistance value
determined in compliance with Miami-Dade County Roofing Application Standards RAS 127. The adhesive
attachment data is noted in the roof tile assembly NOA.
3. ICP Adhesives Polyset®AH-160 and its components shall be installed in accordance with Roofing Application
Standard RAS 120,and ICP Adhesives and Sealants,Inc.'s Operating Instruction and Maintenance Booklet.
4. Installation must be by a Factory Trained'Qualified Applicator'approved and licensed by ICP Adhesives and
Sealants,Inc.ICP Adhesives and Sealants,Inc. shall supply a list of approved applicators to the authority having
jurisdiction.
5. Calibration of the ICP Adhesives Foam Dispenser RTF 1000 dispensing equipment is required before application
of any adhesive. The mix ratio between the"A" component and the"B"component shall be maintained between
1.0-1.15 (A): 1.0(B).
6. ICP Adhesives Polyset®AH-160 shall be applied with ICP Adhesives Foam Dispenser RTF1000 or ICP
Adhesives ProPack®30& 100 dispensing equipment only.
7. ICP Adhesives Polyset®AH-160 shall not be exposed permanently to sunlight.
8. Tiles must be adhered in freshly applied adhesive.Tile must be set within 1 to 2 minutes after ICP Adhesives
Polyset®AH-160 has been dispensed.
9. ICP Adhesives Polyset®AH-160 placement and minimum patty weight shall be in accordance with the
'Placement Details'herein. Each generic tile profile requires the specific placement noted herein.
