In the summer of 2019, our company B & D Grading and Land Clearing performed a demolition job at 2210 401h
Street Ft Pierce FL. under permit #SLC -1902-0036 working for Harry Blue Builders. In addition to performing
demo work we are also the property owners Dave and Tracey Pallas (TD Enterprises FP, LLC.).
The small frame home in the front of the property was demolished and torn down with all debris cleaned -up
and disposed of. In addition to this work the septic tank was removed and disposed of. One building remains on
the property and is in planning to become a renovation / rebuild project soon.
This property has been abandoned for a long time and was found to have only (1) septic tank. This document is
certification that all work was done by licensed, reputable company with skilled labor and equipment.
Please contact Dave Pallas @ (772) 216-4864 for any questions or concerns.
Respectfully,
Dave Pallas - Owner
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you, and we look forward to working with you in the future.

This letter, in conjunction with a letter requested and submitted to our office, is intended to serve as
confirmation that, to our best knowledge, the septic tank located at 2210 S 40th St, Fort Pierce, FL
34947, has been abandoned and removed from the property. A registered septic contractor operating
in this county has provided confirmation that the tank at this location was pumped January 28, 2019.
While an abandonment permit was not pulled nor abandonment inspected in accordance with the rules
and regulations set forth in Ch 64E-6.011 of the F.A.C., one was applied for after the fact to help satisfy
the County Building Department's Demolition Permit requirements.
Due to the "after the fact" nature of this permit application, no formal inspection has been conducted to
ensure that the tank was empty at the time of abandonment or that the bottom of the tank was opened,
ruptured, or the entire tank collapsed.
If you would like so speak further in this matter, please feel free to contact me.
Thank ou,
Brian Ingram
