We Hereby Submit Specifications And Estimates For:
FPL STRESS FREE A/C PROGRAM, $59 per month for 8 yrs,10 yr parts 10 yr labor,l maintenance and 4 filters
per year for 8 yrs.Florida Breeze Air & Heat will provide a 3.5 ton Goodman 14.00 Seer packaged air conditioner
with r410 refrigerant model (GPC1442H41) with a 8kw heat strip. System will be hooked to existing electrical and
ductwork or as stated.This also includes taxes, permits and the following:
-Honeywell programmable thermostat, easy to use.
-We will install outside unit to new and existing concrete pad, add isolation pads to allow bottom to air out and
secure to pad with Hurricane anchors.
-New shroud, to protect duct -work where it attaches to packaged unit.
Total: $4,327.51 ARI: 7428124 (Balance due upon completion)
We propose hereby to furnish material and labor - complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the
sum of: $4,327.51
FPL, $59 PER MONTH FOR 8 YRS
Ail material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or
deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above
the estimate. All agreements contingent upon delays beyond our control. Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees.
This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted by the above due date . All sales final after installation.
