Fire line and risers are shown on Drawing M-1 of 4 and not on Drawing SD-2. 2. Building has access on all four sides as shown on all Site Drawings. ° 3. The fire hydrant shown on Drawing SD-2 will be maintained by General Development Utilities._ 4. As per the Specificationsstandpipes shall comply with all NFPA regulations which will be verified to the Fire Marshal by way of Shop Drawings and submittals. 5. As per the Specifications, a complete set of Sprinkler Drawings must be submitted by the Sprinkler Contractor to the Fire and Building Officials prior to construction of that system. 6. Emergency lighting for corridors and lobbies is incorporated in fixtures B and H as per the Lighting Fixture Schedule. 7. The Plans and Specifications show B label doors to be one and one-half hour fire rated. Refer to Specification Section 082, page 2. S. The fire system ennuciator panel will be located at the face of the elevator wall in the lobby as per Drawing E-3 of 4. 9. The sprinkler and alarm system shall be monitored by an approved central monitoring station as per the note on Drawing E-4 of 4. 10. As shown on the Drawings and Specifications all fire rated doors and openings will have self closing mechanisms. See Specification Section 084, page 10. Sewer force mains shall be PVC, SDR-26, with a working pressure of160 psi. 3. Gravity sewer pipe shall be schedual 40 PVC laid on a minimum slope of 1.0%. 10'Pipe joints shall be push -on of the bell and spigot type with rubber gaskets unless otherwise shown. 5. All pipe shall have a minimum of 36" of cover from finished grade unless otherwise directed by the Engineer. 6. Each field shall have a 2" PVC supply line. The requirements of Division I apply to all work hereunder, special instructions regarding mechanical, plumbing and electrical trades shall apply to this section wherein applicable. B. C. Scope 1. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment and install sprinkler system specified herein. "= General 1.
