Pierce, FL 34950 Phone: (772) 708-7785 Fax: (863)467-1292 October 03,2006 RECEIVED OCT 1 9 2006 : IBY:~ Ifl ~~. d! ~ On September 28, 2006 B & B Engineering Inc. was requested by Pacific Roofing a Licensed Roofing Contractor to certify the installation of the 5-V Crimp, Galvalume metal roof, dry-in and final for the above project. Certification: B & B Engineering Inc. inspected the work done and Certify that the above new metal roof cover has been properly instaUed, according to the 2004 F.B.C., S1. Lucie County Building Department Code, the Manufactures' recommendations and as per Miami Dade County NOA approval. The Metal Roof System was properly instal1ed and anchors to the roof sheathing and roof structural fTame. Wind uplift for 140 mph-3 second gust, Exposure B, partial1y enclose, end zone for roof is calculated at + / - 90.77. Also, the Dry-in (Tin Tags and Metals) appeared to have been properly installed to support the 30# felt underlayment, drip edge was nailed 4" staggered and Tin Tags were spaced 6" in lap, 12" in field and secured to the roof structure also in compliance to 2004 FBC, and St. Lucie County Building Department Code. To the best of our knowledge and professional ability, it is B & B Engineering Inc. opinion that the work was properly done. Limitations. Our professional services have been performed, our finding obtained and our opinions prepared in accordance with general accepted structural engineering principles and practices. This Company is not responsible for the conclusions, opinions or recommendations made by others based on our findings. The scope of the inspection was intended to evaluate the metal roof cover installation and to assure its integrity.
