Engineering Inspection Letter(After Construction)
Dear St.Lucie County;
This letter is on behalf of the Contractor Douglass Restoration,Inc.,to address the requirement of an
after-construction inspection for compliance to FBC reroofing Inspection#136 DRY IN• In
Progress for the above-mentioned permit.
On March 4, 2020,a site inspection was performed on the installation and condition of the reroof on the
residence open application listed above. The inspection consisted of a visual observation and inspection
of the reroof only and was non-destructive inspection in nature.No mechanical testing was completed or
any assessment of the existing components of the structure was completed.
I certify based on my observations,the reroof#136 DRY IN• In Progress components were
installed and constructed to the manufacture's recommendations as well as building code
compliance.I further state it is my opinion based on my observations,knowledge,experience and
other available information the reroofing#136 DRY IN• In Progress is complete.
