Scope: Melsner Electric, Inc. proposes to provide:
1. Melsner Electric will provide Installation rot (3) light poles and bases In Deer Moss per project drawings provided and
dated 1/28120.
2. Melsner will provide a new 20amp breaker and photocell in existing panel A to feed new lights.
3. Melsner will provide & Install new conduit & wire to accommodate new poles In Doer Moss.
4 Melsner Electric will provide Installation for (5) light poles and bases In Tallowood Village per project drawings
provided and dated 1128120,
S, Melsner will provide a new 20amp breaker and photocell In existing panel B to feed (4) new lights.
6 Melsner will provide a new 20amp breaker and photocell In existing panel C to feed (1) new lights.
7. Melsner will provide & install new conduit & wire to accommodate new poles in Tallowood per drawings provided.
8. Melsner will remove and replace (4) light pole In West Hammock Village and lie Into existing electrical wiring per
drawings provided.
9. Proposal Includes remove, compact & replace existing pavers for (9) driveways to accommodate trenching.
10. Proposal Includes the use of Vac -con truck to set (12) pole bases.
11. Melsner Electricmill provide all labor & materials for a complete electrical system.
12. AN work will be performed Ina first class, neat and workman Ike manner. per the National Electric Code.
