This letter is to follow up on our previous request to cancel outstanding
permits on our record.
Per my 'conversation with Monica Barrios on March 14th a letter was sent
to cancel the following permits. We have not done the work at these
premises and we need these cleared from our record at your earliest
convenience.
We are now in receipt of a letter dated June 1st regarding a disciplinary
hearing in regards to this issue. Obviously, the aforementioned letter
was not addressed and the permits have not been cancelled.
We are therefore making a second request to cancel the following
