Permittable Work Agreement
This contract agreement is entered into by and between Cooke Construction, Inc., a Florida corporation,
(hereinafter "Contractor") and John Durand (hereinafter "Owner"), and becomes effective
when the Owner signed this Agreement.
The Owner and Contractor agree as follows.
I. SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall furnish all materials and perform all of the work shown on the permit drawings as
specified and dated 2/1412020 by Nathan Cooke
The Contractor shall do everything required by the general conditions of the drawings on the following
described property:

II. TIME OF COMPLETION
The work to be performed under this contract shall be commenced at an agreed upon time after the
issuance of building permit, and will be substantially completed J�v months thereafter.

III. THE CONTRACT SUM
The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of the agreement subject to additions and
deductions provided therein, in current funds as follows:
A. Total amount of Fourty Five Thousand Dollars ($ 45,000.00 �.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors,
heirs, representatives and assigns.
To the extent disclosed to the Owner, Contractor's contract, proposal, design, and any other applicable
documents related to this project are proprietary in nature and shall be kept confidential by the Owner
and not disclosed to any third party or firm, except as necessary for the performance of the Work.
This Agreement is entered into as of the date of signature. /
