This fetter is to serve as a driveway release notice for Storm Team Construction: As you know,
our Storm Team roofing trucks along with our supplier's trucks rnust enter most driveways
when making a job site delivery on our behalf. We cannot be responsible for breaks and/or
cracks due to damage caused by normal delivery operations. Most driveway damage is
caused by weak driveway structures, unseen washouts and weak pavement due to normal
wear and tear. Storm Team Construction will not be held liable for any damage caused by our
trucks or our supplier's trucks. This letter serves as notice of our policy and we request that
you sign below and return.
