Thank you again for providing these items for review After speaking with Linda Pendarvis, Planning Manager,it has
been determined the proposed fence would be acceptable so long as the fence does not exceed the 4.3 feet in
height.The fence gate would also be acceptable with spires.Please let-me know if you have any further questions and
I will be happy to assist-you.
