Certification: B & B Engineering Inc Certify that the above new Concrete Tile Roof has been properly installed, using the proper Roof Tile Adhesive (polypro R AH 160" or approved equal as per Miami-Dade Comrty Code Compliance acceptances No. OO~1106.03, as per St. Lucie County Building Code and the Manufåctures' recommendations. Also, the Tin Tags and Meta1s were properly installed (drip edge was nailed 4" staggered and Tin Tags were spaced 6" in lap, 12" in field) and secured to the roof structure, as wen as the 90# (hot mop) ASTM tile underIayment, all according to the 2001 F-B-C. and as per St. Lucie County Building Code and the Manu1àcturest recommendations. To the best of our knowledge and professional ability it is B & B Engineering Inc. opinion that the work was properly done. Limitations. Our professional services have been performed, our finding obtained and our opinions prepared in accordance with general accepted struC'ttttal eDgmeering principles and practices. This Company is not responsible fur the conclusions, opinions or recommendations made by others based on oUr findings. The scope of the inspection performed on September 15, 2005 was intended to evaluate the new roof cover and to assure its integrity. Approved,
