To Whom It May Concern:
As requested by the St. Lucie County Building Department, we performed a site visit to verify that the roof
underlayment complies with the Florida Building Code (FBC) 61 Edition — Residential because a dry -in inspection
was inadvertently not done.
At our request, the contractor removed shingles at 3 random locations to verify the underlayment is a self -adhering
membrane by GAF (Weather Watch Mineral Surfaced Leak Barrier).
We verified the underlayment at the 3 locations, and it is our opinion that this is representative of the remaining
roof and complies with the FBC 61 Edition.
