❖STC must replace any rotten. warped, or cracked wood decking even if not covered by
insurance. Most hornes require less than two sheets of plywood, if any. STC will replace up 11
two
sheets of plywood, at no additional charge. Should more than two sheets need to be
replaced, after removal of current roof, STC will automatically replace without delaying
Construction, and charge at cost up) to a maximum of $200.00.

STC may have access to water and/or electricity during construction.
•;• Rafters. framing. soffit. and fascia are not part of roofing repair, or replacement unless
clearly noted on insurance claim for replacement.
�❖ Customer is responsible to cover any valuables in attic, or exposed areas that may become
dirty. Customer is also responsible to remove valuables on shelves that may fall due to
vibration. or hammering.
eo STC is not responsible for any mold, or damages as the result of mold.
�" ❖ STC is not responsible for hitting ac or power lines that are not installed up to code, which
is 1.5" away from the decking;.
e recommend replacing your gutters after a roof replacement. I'hey may be damaged or
destroyed during the build. It is not possible to remove and replace gutters without
damaging them. Often, gutters will be damaged when removing your drip edge, We attempt
to explain this to your insurance company and request they pay for new gutters. In the event
they do not agree to pay, repairing or replacing your gutters will become your responsibility,

Any hidden conditions. building axle requirements, anchor any related issues which result
in additional labor, and/or materials will require a signed contract, and/or change order to
