Please consider this approval for the Crowne Plaza - Landscape/I'ree Mitigation. All conditions
of approval have been satisfied as of February 16, 2007. AU dead landscaping has been
r~p]aced, aU exotic vegetation has been removed from the preserve area, and a check for
$11,979.00 has been received for payment in lieu of planting the follqwing plant materials in the
