Scope of work:
1) Replace 125 amp, 24 circuit electric panel and install facing hallway.
2) Demo all existing conduit in hallway and kitchen. Delete fan in kitchen.
3) Install (6) LED wafer lights in kitchen on dimmer. Add microwave circuit.
4) Install U.C.L with dimmers at wet bar and kitchen.
S) Add receptacles on counter top to NEC code. (ARC-FAULTIGFCI protected.
6) Add (2) LED disk lights in hallway. (3 -way)
7) Re -Locate kitchen light switch to hallway_ Re -Locate receptacle in kitchen to counter top
height (under
panel), re -locate dining room switch to hallway.
8) Add (2) receptacles on counter top at wet bar. Existing receptacle for wine cooler_
9) Re -locate washer and dryer circuits to guest bedroom closet. Re -Locate closet light switch.
10) fie -locate guest bedroom light switch and receptacle, make receptacle - hot switched.
11) Add power for towel warmers in (2) bathrooms. Add 4" LED wafer light in guest bath
shower, install
customer supplied exhaust fan. Fan and shower light to be on same switch.
12) Add receptacle and low voltage ring in guest bedroom up high on wail for T.V (no coax
cable).
13) Add receptacle and low voltage ring up high on wall in living room for T.V (no coax cable).

receptacle in living room by sliders_
14) Add switch in living room to make existing receptacle - hot switched.
15) Delete wire mold conduit in living room.
16) Add receptacle and low voltage ring up high on wall for T.V (no coax cable).
17) Add (2) receptacles in guest bedroom.
18) Add (2) receptacles in master bath above vanity. Remove (1) vanity light and wire for (2)
vanity lights.
19) Add (2) 4" LED recess cans (1) in shower
20) Install customer supplied exhaust fan.
21) Replace existing light in master bath with LED disk light.
22) Re -locate bathroom switches.
23) All devices through -out condo to be replaced with (WHITE) decora style.
24)add 1 outlet at back wall across from vanity
Exclusions: Customer to supply all light fixtures other than specified in proposal.
