POUR 3,000 PSI CONCRETE REINFORCED WITH (2) # 5 REBAR CONTINUOUS TOP AND BOTTOM AND #4 x 12" REBAR DRILLED AND POUNDED INTO EXPOSED FACE OF EXISTING ISLAND AT 24" O.C.. FORM AND POUR EXTENSION TO FRONT OF ISLAND ON TOP OF SLAB AS INDICATED. MATCH EXISTING HEIGHT. POUR 3,000 PSI CONCRETE REINFORCED WITH (2) # 5 REBAR CONTINUOUS TOP AND BOTTOM AND #4 x 12" REBAR DRILLED AND POUNDED INTO EXPOSED FACE OF EXISTING ISLAND AT 24" O.C.. PROVIDE AND INSTALL FOUR (4) NEW STEEL PIPE BOLLARDS FILLED WITH CONCRETE TO PROTECT ATM. COVER WITH "CAUTION YELLOW" PVC SLEEVES. INSTALL NCR 6688 ON EXISTING ISLAND.
