We have reviewed the proposed changes to the Phase 1 Architectural drawings for the St Lucie
County Logistic Center project and agree to the following modifications to be made:
1. The change in the height of the interior doors from 7'-0" to 6'-8" any and all ratings to
remain as shown on drawings.
2. Change door lock manufacture from Sergeant locks to Schlage locks on the interior
doors.

Dear Mr. Flynn:
We have reviewed the proposed changes to the Phase I Plumbing design for the St. Lucie County
Logistics Center project and agree for the following modifications to be made:
1) Add a new owner provided hand sink and faucet to rooms 111 & 113. Connect to existing'h" hot
and cold water lines and 2" sanitary lines.
2) Replace specified flush valve toilets and corresponding flushometer with tank toilets. Connect to
'/<" cold water line and 3" sanitary line. Install model American Standard Cadet or equivalent.
Install ADA compliant model where required by plans.
3) Replace specified water coolers with Elkay EZ08, or equivalent, ADA Compliant single level
water cooler and Uline H-1352, or equivalent, cup holder.

Dear Mr. Flynn:
We have reviewed the proposed changes to the Phase I HVAC design for the St. Lucie County Logistics Center
project and believe the modifications you propose will deliver adequate cooling to the spaces. To ensure ventilation
requirements are met and to prevent the introduction of unconditioned outside air to the spaces, the systems should
be operated as described below and the instrumentation described below should be included in the modifications:
1) The supply fan on the rooftop units should be configured to cycle with the unit's compressor via the
thermostat. This will prevent introducing unconditioned outside air into the spaces.
2) A CO2 sensor should be installed in the return ducting for rooftop unit #25 serving the Free Clinic.
Configure the unit controls to start the respective unit when the CO2 level reaches 1000 ppm. This will
ensure the spaces are adequately ventilated per the Florida Building Code and ASHRAE Standard 62.1. A
reasonable reset to allow the unit to shutdown after starting is a CO2 level of 800 ppm. This may result in
some overcooling of the space during the mild parts of the year, but is a reasonable compromise to ensure
adequate ventilation.
The drawings you submitted for review are being attached to this letter to facilitate review by interested parties.
