As requested we have completed a review of the post-installation site photos and contractor notes for the
small cell installation installed on the existing billboard frame. The following information and
documentation was provided to us for this review:
• The proposed project installation details were obtained from the Sprint Mini Macro Project
Construction Drawings prepared by Foresite Group, dated August 16, 2018.
• As-built condition obtained from site visit photos and contractor notes prepared by Sprint
subcontractors, dated February 16, 2020 .
Based on the closeout documentation and as-built records provided by the contractor, the new small
cell installation was installed as specified and are in general conformance with the Foresite Group
Construction Drawings and meet the requirements of the 2017 Florida Building Code, 6th Edition and the
NFPA 70, the National Electrical Code standards.
