To whom it may concern:
The TRI-BUILT Sand-R S/A Underlayment installed.at the above-mentioned project address is
confirmed to be of the same material, regardless of the differing color in the sand used to coat the
bituminous membrane. The images provided show an apparent difference in the color of the
surface material that is purely cosmetic and does not alter the underlayment's chemical makeup.
Our 20-year Limited Material Warranty against manufacturing defects remains in full effect.
