Northeast quarter of Section 6, Township 35South, Range 39 East and known as being a 337,795 sq.ft.
lease area over and upon the lands described in name to Ernest R. & Cleopatra Dunn and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows;
Commencing at a Concrete Monument with Rebar found at the Northeast corner of aforesaid Ernest R.
& Cleopatra Dunn tract, point also lying along the Southerly Right—of—Way line of West Angle Road;
thence, South 00'05'37" West, a distance of 930.02 feet to the Place of Beginning.
Thence South 00'05'37" West, a distance of 528.44 feet;
Thence North 89'54'23" West, a distance of 35.00 feet;
Thence South 00'05'37" West, a distance of 91.56 feet;
Thence North 89'54'23" West, a distance of 515.00 feet;
Thence North 00'05'37" East, a distance of 620.00 feet;
Thence South 89'54'23" East, a distance of 550.00 feet to the Place of Beginning. Said lease area
encumbering 337,795 sq.ft. (7.7547 acres), more or less.
ACCESS & UTILITY EASEMENT (AS SURVEYED)
An access & utility easement situated in the City of Ft. Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
lying within the Northeast quarter of Section 6, Township 35South, Range 39 East and known as being
a 18,744 sq.ft. access & utility easement over and upon the lands described in name to Ernest R. &
Cleopatra Dunn and being 10 feet left and right of the following described centerline:
Commencing at a Concrete Monument with Rebar found at the Northeast corner of aforesaid Ernest R.
& Cleopatra Dunn tract, point also lying along the Southerly Right—of—Way line of West Angle Road;
thence, North 8939'38" West, a distance of 80.09 feet to the Place of Beginning of said 20 foot wide
access & utility easement, lying 10 feet on either side of the following described centerline:
