This building was manufactured 7-21-1995 and delivered to an independent dealer in Palm Bay, FI. This building was manufactured to the Standard Building Code that was in effect at that time. I have included a raised seal drawing that would be relevant to a building manufactured during that time period. I have also included a copy of Section 102.7 of the 2010, 2014 and 2017 FI. Building code, which explains that existing buildings built under the old SBC code are "grandfathered in."
