To whom it may concern regarding plan review comments on permit number 2002-0635.
1. The sliding glass door request has been addressed with a description and drawing of framing to
prepare for the installation, Please refer to item "B" on plan and clouded. Atypical Buck.
Framing inspection and attachment inspection will be needed.
2. The existing window in Master bedroom which will now bean interior door is also addressed.
Egress is still available thru two bedroom units at rear of bedroom Please refer to item "A" on
plan and clouded. Non structural No inspection needed
3. Master Bath side including closets and hall relocation of certain all -bearing walls will have
minimum impact on electrical and will be completed per any code requirements underthe
NFPA 70 A. Please refer item "C" on plan and clouded. A Rough electrical inspection will be
needed
4. 'The Kitchen will have sink relocated to island which will have a studor AAV vent per Florida
plumbing code. Inspection will be needed at rough and final. Of course termite treatment will be
done and a certificate will be sent to county upon completion. Certain electrical circuits in
kitchen will be updated with GFI's as per Electrical code NFPA 70A. along with lighting fixture
updates. Please refer item "D" on plan and clouded area. All bath Valves will be changed to new
devices; A rough inspection and a final inspection will be needed.
5. The new Manual j and energy calc s are also complete and attached for the Hvac code to
conform and comply with ACCA per the Florida code. Basically this is a change out type
installation of old unit. A Final inspection will be needed
