Re: Monument Sign on the Waterstone Community Development District ("CDD")
Property
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is provided on behalf of K. Hovnanian Aspire At Waterstone, LLC, a Florida Limited
Liability Company ("KHOV"), who has purchased Lots 1 through 59, Block 3, WATERSTONE
—PHASE ONE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, at.Page 35, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
KHOV would like to install a monument sign, as illustrated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
("Sign'), on property that is currently owned by the CDD, which location is depicted in
Exhibit `B" attached hereto ("CDD Property"), Waterston Community Development District
hereby authorizes KHOV to construct the Sign on the CDD Property.
