The Building Department has been relocated to the first floor lobby and the hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. All staff is available by email or phone. Hi Dave, We spoke this morning at the stilt house on N 32nd St. You asked me to email you about the permit to energize the house and the need to reword or edit the permit to clarify permit for temporary power with sub panel (4 gang box). Thank you again for your time to eyeball the house and give your recommendations. Thank your willingness to work with me and help me out. I will follow up with getting a structural design engineer and the energy efficiency calculations. I truly appreciate your time and assistance.
